Big shapes beat fine detail
Silhouettes, a sunset, a bold subject. Every design on our page is flat colour and a hard edge, and that is exactly why a beginner can finish one.
A handful of colours
Four or five, not twenty. Fewer colours means a cleaner painting and a kit we can actually pack for the price.
A face is the hard one
A recognisable portrait takes skill nobody has on night one. We will usually offer you the silhouette version instead, and it tends to be the better painting.
After you send it
You hear from a person, not a robot
Within a day
We say yes, no, or here is the version of it that will work.
Then
A price and a date, and we tell you how it will sit on the canvas.
Only then
A deposit, and the canvas goes on the easel.
